For Christian Women Weight Loss Program Options That Focus On Healthy Eating Work

It cannot be denied that gluttony is regarded as a massive sin. Excessive eating as well as drinking is not only a spiritual wrongdoing, but also medical. That's because it is something that can result in obesity, a condition that is associated with so many different serious health complications. Additionally, they tend to bring results that can be enjoyed for life.

According to health authorities, the average BMR of a female Christian is approximately 1,400 calories.

Do take note the fact that the said BMR is not enough as it does not include calories required for you to be able to engage in all kinds of physical as well as mental activities. Experts say that per day female Christians require around 2,000 calories. Failure to do so may keep them from being functional and productive members of the community.

Somebody who wishes to shed off excess pounds is recommended to maintain an intake of about 1,500 calories per day. This allows for what's called calorie deficit to be obtained. This only means that more calories are used up than taken by means of the diet.

For those who like to drop 1 pound per week, a total of 3,500 calories should be eliminated weekly. According to health authorities, it is a good idea for female Christians to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week, and this means trying to remove a total of 3,500 to 7,000 calories per week. It is not regarded as healthy for any woman to lose more than 2 pounds a week. It's a rule that needs to be followed especially if the goal is to lose unwanted pounds without putting one's health at risk.

It's important to bear in mind, however, that the presence of unwanted body pounds isn't always due to overeating. There are times in which it can be due to leading a sedentary lifestyle. Everybody is well aware of the fact that sloth is regarded as a deadly sin. It goes without saying that having an active lifestyle particularly for female Christians who like to have long and happy lives is recommended. This lets them avoid sloth and at the same time use up too much calories.

Sometimes certain types of medical conditions are the reasons behind being obese or overweight. This is especially true for those that are related to the hormones. Needless to say, meeting with a doctor is needed to get the underlying problem diagnosed and treated.
