Online Ketogenic Diet Course With A Fusion Of Traditions

This is a blended meal, it s a mixture of the two cultures bred from an Asian invasion arriving on the Caribbean shores subsequently creating this scrumptious and fiery meal. These delectable meals have existed for some time now but are only gaining traction in the cuisine world now. Especially in the US and Canada.

The most predominant ingredient in the meals, the one shared across cultures is rice. Rice compliments tye fusion inspired dishes very well and make for a great starch and we all know that it s great for consuming deliciously spicy dishes. Rive is a well-known starch in the Cantonese region. Having it as a part of the fusion dish was inevitable.

With the fusion of seasonings, sauces, meat and side dishes, it is as though the different cultures were destined to blend. Decent restaurants are established so as to accommodate their immediate neighbors. It began as a requirement to nourish the big crowds of individuals who inhabited that environment and has catapulted into a favored meal which is in demand.

There is a large variety of meals dedicated to this fusion. There are those that are well known and the ones you might only eat in a Caribbean home. Here is a list of the most popular dishes, chicken in the ruff, which is made from fried rice with Cantonese style fried chicken. The rice is made with flavors distinct to the Caribbean, thus creating the beautiful fusion dush.

Another well-known dish is Jerk fried chicken. This dish consists of fried rice and a chicken marinated in jerk seasoning and then prepared for your enjoyment. This meal is mostly prepared over a grill. The scotch bonnet pepper is what gives us the beautiful jerk flavor and a pepper predominantly used by Caribbean people.

Last but not least is the pork dish. Char siu pork Dhalpuri is the combination of fried Cantonese pork, sliced meat, and green beans onions and plantains. You can enjoy this delicious meal with a flatbread made from dried lentils.
